VACANCIES
Construction Managers I, II and III
AVAC is seeking experienced Project and Construction Managers who excel not only in technical knowledge, but in clear communication, coordination and leadership.
This role requires managing and aligning the interests of multiple stakeholders, including:

The Owner who funds the project
-
The General Contractor executing the construction
-
Consultants such as architects, designers, engineers, quantity surveyors and the client's in-house project management team
-
Subcontractors and suppliers engaged by the General Contractor
-
Government regulatory agencies
-
The End-Users who will ultimately use the completed structure
We are looking for professionals who can bring diverse groups together, facilitate cooperation, and confidently communicate the project's progress, issues, risks and solutions. The right candidate must be able to translate complex discussions into clear presentations, reports and written documentation that support informed decision-making.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can be fully relied upon by the AVAC Project Management Team (PMT) - a dependable team member who takes ownership and responsibility for the success of the project.
