AVAC Project and Construction Managers Corporation (formerly AVA Consultancy, Inc.) was founded in 2015 by Arch. Andrew Ambatali and Engr. Ace Gumafelix, who first worked together at a well-respected project management firm. Leveraging their combined experience of over 25 years in the construction industry, they have led and delivered a wide range of projects as Project Directors/Managers across various sectors.
Now on its 11th year in 2026, AVAC has steadily earned the trust and confidence of prominent companies, property owners, and key industry players in the Philippines through its consistent delivery of professional and reliable project and construction management services.

ARCH. ANDREW AMBATALI
President and Managing Director
Andrew started AVAC on the principle that project and construction management services must be tailored to the needs of every project and client. With a degree in Architecture from the University of the Philippines and more than two decades of experiences, he seeks to upgrade industry practices by turning project management into an active relationship with clients, going beyond the traditional scope which simply covers documentation. He sets the overall direction of the firm while making sure he's on top of every project.
ENGR. ACE GUMAFELIX
Vice President and Operations Head
Overseeing the Operations group, Ace works to continuously improve the system and technical process of AVAC by making sure that these are at par with industry practices. Graduated from Mapúa University and a licensed Civil Engineer with over two decades of work experiences, Ace brings extensive technical know-how to all projects he serves as the firm's man-on-the-ground. He is well-versed in coordinating with clients, suppliers and contractors to make sure that projects run as smoothly as possible.
